I’m Xin Rou (or go by Natalie as well) and I was raised in Singapore (majulah singapura!). I moved to the States in 2019 to pursue my Bachelor’s degree in South Jersey. During my undergraduate years, my research project involved comparison of the innate immunity in several Reptilia clades (Squamata, Testudines, Crocodilia) – a typical after-school session for me included putting on my waders, jumping into the lake by school, and collecting blood samples from the snakes and turtles! I completed my veterinary school at Cornell University and I hope to pursue a career in emergency and critical care!

During my free time, I love to play with my cat and making art!
