I grew up in rural Eastern Canada in the province of New Brunswick. I obtained my veterinary degree in the beautiful province of Prince Edward Island, where I also stayed for my internship. Throughout my veterinary school and internship experience, I have developed an interest for hematology, nephrology and urology.

In my spare time, I enjoy creative writing, reading and video games. Before veterinary school I had a passion for theater, especially musical theater, and I would love to get back into it. I have one cat at home named Bugs, who loves sitting on my shoulder while I do my chores. Although I’ll miss my home in the great white North, I am excited to see all the DC has to offer!
