I grew up in the suburbs of Wilmington, Delaware. I received my Bachelors of Science from the University of Delaware, where I studied Pre-veterinary medicine and biosciences. In undergrad, I participated in a wide range of activities including biomedical engineering research, poultry science research, assisting at my local small animal veterinary clinic and traveling to Colorado for an externship at the USDA. I traveled down to Georgia for veterinary school at the University of Georgia and developed my passion for pathology, cardiology and surgery!

In my free time, I enjoy yoga, crochet, pottery, playing with my cat and riding around town with my partner on our tandem bike! I am so excited to move back to the mid-Atlantic and start my veterinary career with Friendship!
