Kelly Love
ER/Specialty Manager
I’ve spent the better part of the past decade leading emergency and specialty veterinary hospitals, helping teams navigate the fast-paced, high-stakes world of patient care while building strong, supportive, and successful workplace cultures. My background is in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and I use that lens every day to lead with empathy, create intentional structure, and inspire collaboration. I believe people do their best work when they feel trusted, respected, and connected—and I work hard to build that kind of environment wherever I go. Before landing in veterinary medicine, I managed multiple locations in the hospitality industry, which taught me the value of adaptability, communication, and good humor under pressure. That foundation has served me well as I’ve moved into more complex operational roles and larger leadership positions. No matter the setting, my goal has always been the same: to support people and help teams thrive.
Outside of work, I share my life with my incredible partner, Lisa, three very energetic dogs—Clover (our sweet 12-year-old rescue mutt) and two-year-old littermates Denali and Aurora (a wild pair of rescued pit mixes)—and a house full of spoiled rescue kitties. When I’m not working, I’m probably out on a trail with the dogs, lost in a great book, watching a movie, or planning our next travel adventure. I’m really excited to be part of this team and look forward to getting to know all of you—humans and animals alike!
