For as long as I can remember, I knew I wanted to be a veterinarian. I grew up in Fairfax Station, Virginia with a family who was passionate about furry and feathery animals. After receiving my bachelor’s degree in Biology from Virginia Tech, I pursued my career path at Cornell University and obtained my DVM in 2019. I have also been trained in acupuncture by the Chi Institute.
My clinical areas of interest include emergency medicine and critical care, but I am excited to continue to explore all the pathways available at Friendship over the next year. I am thrilled to be back in the D.C. area and to join the team at Friendship Hospital!
Outside of veterinary medicine, I enjoy Hokie football, spending times with friends, and mostly snuggling with my dogs, Peanut and Butter.
