A Garden State native, I grew up in beautiful Hunterdon County, New Jersey. While animals were always central to my interests, it wasn’t until my sophomore year of college that I fully embraced veterinary medicine as my future career path. I completed my undergraduate education at Colby College, a small liberal arts school in Maine, where I earned a degree in biology and indulged my love of history. Then, after spending a year working in private practice, I moved to Ohio to attend veterinary school. While Columbus has been wonderful, I am eager to head back east and explore D.C. with Finn, my retired greyhound and “foster failure.” In my free time, I enjoy dabbling in arts and crafts, volunteer work, and taking long walks (and naps) with Finn.

Why Do You Work at Friendship?
My co-workers and mentors have had nothing but positive things to say about Friendship; this hospital affords a collaborative environment among the specialties (and general practice) rarely seen outside of academia. I know that my time here will provide a phenomenal foundation in progressive, compassionate medicine. I am truly grateful for this opportunity.
