I grew up in beautiful Garrett County, Maryland before studying animal science and neurobiology at the University of Maryland. I received my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Cornell University. During my time in veterinary school, I developed a love of internal medicine. I adopted one of the school’s teaching beagles and spend my free time hiking, snowboarding, and cooking.
