I was born and raised in central Massachusetts and stayed in-state for all of my schooling. I headed into the city for my undergraduate degree from Boston College, majoring in Biology. Knowing that I loved animals and science, I explored both ecology and veterinary medicine. Ultimately, due to gratification I found in working with companion animals and their owners, I pursued a veterinary degree at Tufts University. After spending so much time in Massachusetts I am excited to explore DC as my new home! When not at work, you can find me running outside when the weather is nice or curled up reading a book if it’s cold or rainy.
