I was born outside of D.C. in Fairfax, Virginia and studied biology at Haverford College in Philadelphia. I earned my veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania. While I will miss Philly I am very excited to come back to D.C. and work at FHA. In my spare time I enjoy reading, hiking with my two dogs, Poe and Lucy, doing puzzles and baking.

Why Do You Work at Friendship?
When applying for the match FHA immediately caught my eye due to the large case volume and ability to provide high-quality medicine to each of their patients. However, throughout my interview process I became most intrigued by their focus on collaboration and working as a team. Veterinary medicine can be challenging but everything is always made better with great teamwork and that is why I am so excited to work with the staff and veterinarians at Friendship.
