We will be happy to give you an opportunity to tour our facility and meet our staff.
Our primary objective is to provide your pet with high-quality, appropriate, individualized veterinary care. However, we also understand the importance of good customer service and want you to feel comfortable as well. We encourage you to find a veterinarian on staff with whom you are comfortable and ask for that doctor each time that you make an appointment. We do encourage you to establishing a strong relationship with a particular veterinarian.
Our Client Care Team will help with communications about your pet’s healthcare. We feel that you should be fully informed about products and services that we believe will help your pet live a longer healthier life. You need to be educated about your pets’ healthcare needs. Our Client Care Team is specially trained to communicate these critical aspects of pet healthcare delivery.
Your current veterinarian may have referred you to Friendship for emergency or critical care or other specialized services such as oncology or internal medicine. We will make sure that your veterinarian receives a complete report regarding your pet’s treatment while at Friendship so that he can provide continuity of care upon your return.
