I originally grew up in Northern VA area but moved away to Colorado where I received my undergraduate degree in Animal Sciences as well as my DVM from Colorado State (2009). I also hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing sciences from George Mason University. I moved back to the area in June 2015 and currently live in Kensington with my husband, our son and our three cats.
My clinical areas of interest in emergency medicine are toxicology, trauma and community education and outreach.
I joined the Friendship family to be part of a collaborative multi-specialty hospital that strives to be the best outside of the university setting. I have enjoyed the relationships that I have made with not only our primary care team but our specialty veterinarians and referring veterinarians in the community as well.
